You can send videos of yourself performing the exercises to allow Reece to adjust anything if needed with the exercise or the program.
ADAPTION
Calories, macros & programs will all be adapted if necessary each week to allow you to progress towards your goals.

Setting goals is very important - when joining the coaching: short terms, medium term & long term goals will be set.
